Pre-move seminarOnce you have chosen ABC Moving Services for your office relocation, the first thing we do is assign a primary project manager. This person will work with you throughout the process to establish the most efficient and cost-effective moving plan, attend pre-move meetings, and acclimate our on-site supervisors with all aspects of the job.

A Each employee is assigned an identification code/color
B Review packing and labeling procedures with all employees
C Demonstrate crate and crate dolly system to all employees

Review Detailed Floor Plans

A Establish a uniform labeling system
B Complete detailed outlines of office furniture layouts
C Address special furniture/equipment placement issues

Complete Move/Schedule Plan

A Determine the actual time frame for the move
B Reserve elevators and address any and all building requirements
C Secure required parking permits and police details.
